Resident Membership
Our resident members live within the 11951 zip code. The resident member is the heart and soul of our association. “Doing” is what being an MBPOA member is all about. Our members give of themselves with monetary donations, and with their time. For nearly a century, these wonderful people have been the unsung heroes of Mastic Beach. They never ask for reward or recognition, they just do what needs to be done out of a deep sense of community dedication. The resident members are the people who make Mastic Beach a special place to live. Membership Dues and Fees CATEGORY A: Mastic Beach Resident - New Member New Member Dues Include: One Car Sticker (January 1-December 31, 2022)
CATEGORY B: Mastic Beach Resident - Member Renewal Renewal Membership Dues Include: One Car Sticker (January 1-December 31, 2022)
Membership dues and facilities charges are valid from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. All dues are payable upon receipt of statement and no refunds are permitted. If proper paperwork is not submitted, your application will be returned to you. Stickers will be issued to members who own a car, boat or trailer and who have paid the appropriate fees and must be permanently affixed to your car, boat or trailer. Lost sticker charge is $25. Boat owners should have private insurance. The MBPOA is not liable for any damage or theft of members boats or property. Download and fill out the membership application and bring it to the Clubhouse at 31 Neighborhood Road in Mastic Beach with your payment and identification. | ||
