About the MBPOA

The Mastic Beach Property Owners Association (M.B.P.O.A.) is a civic association was formed in 1928 and incorporated in 1931. Over the years, the association has been the stewards of the waterfront and have tirelessly worked to make improvements to Mastic Beach. The owners of property in Mastic Beach make up the majority of our membership and are the volunteers who make this place great.
